Characterizes the impedance and propagation properties of digital electronics operating as passive RFID tags at millimeter-wave (26.5 GHz) and sub-THz (300 GHz) frequencies. Extends the transistor-switching-as-RFID concept to higher frequencies with detailed channel measurements.
